Example: The Fox is walking into a trap set by three mobsters who have been holding their actions waiting for the hero to show up. The initiative of the mobsters is 1, 3, and 4. Normally, anyone walking into the trap would not get to roll initiative, but the Fox, who has Preternatural Reflexes gets to roll. She rolls a 5 and gets her action before the mobsters.
