Black Bolt

Here's my MP write-up for Black Bolt, the leader of the Inhumans! This write-up reflects his Silver and Bronze Age abilities. All of Black Bolt's abilities, except for his vibratory blast (his voice), are channeled through the "tuning fork" on his head. The "fork" is actually a piece of Attilan gear that is attached to his costume.

Notes:
1. In the comics, Black Bolt's sonic ability has a truly massive area of effect, capable of devastating cities (and later even continents or planets). Under the current MP rules, this cannot be reflected, so I gave this ability the largest area that is possible, which is 93".
