Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters

Here's my take on the Silver-Age version of the X-Men's school, also publicly known as Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. It should be noted that this version of the mansion is much smaller than later versions. Also note that the Danger Room is by far the biggest room in the mansion; it is also two stories tall.

The building is constructed of heavy brick (SR 6 to kinetic, 5 to all other damage types).

A GM can use this map as a generic two-story mansion for his or her Mighty Protectors campaign, if he or she wishes -- however, the area set aside for the danger room would likely need to be re-purposed!
