MODOK & A.I.M.
Here are two oldies but goodies: MODOK and AIM Technician. MODOK made his first Marvel appearance in Tales of Suspense #94, published October 1967 (he's shown talking in #93 but is not actually shown). The Beehive baddies of Advanced Idea Mechanics make their Marvel debut in Strange Tales #146, published in July, 1966. Below are my Mighty Protectors write-ups for these villains.
