Here's my Mighty Protectors take on the Sorceror Supreme, Doctor Strange! This write-up mainly reflects his stats & abilities from the Bronze Age of superhero comics. I used Google Sheets to list many of Doctor Strange's Spells (in Arsenal form) along with his Eye of Agamotto. Note that the list of spells is not exhaustive: I tried to include as many of his "famous" spells as I could think of, but it does not include every spell he has ever cast over his decades-long comic book career.
1. Aside from his incredible willpower, Doctor Strange is (mostly) a normal human, although at 24 I did give him a very high Intelligence score; I also gave him good Endurance and Agility at 18 each.
2. I gave him extra Inventing points so that, if needed, he can create a spell that isn't in his arsenal.
3. The Eye of Agamotto Arsenal has 4 slots but only 3 options, which means he never has to pick anything to change.
4. I don't go into detail about his base but it would likely contain many spells built as systems.
5. I did not include Wong or Clea as companions because the way the Companion Ability is structured, they would have been built on too many points. Wong is probably about a 100 CP character while Clea is probably 100-150 CPs.
Here's a pic of Strange's base, the Sanctum Santorum:
Here you can see Doctor Strange's most famous spell, the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak!
Doctor Strange learned martial arts while studying in Tibet, which you can see illustrated here:

Puck & Marrina
Here's my Mighty Protectors take on Puck and Marrina, members of Alpha Flight who made their Marvel debut in Alpha Flight #1, published August 1983. The stats and abilities shown here reflect the characters as they are depicted from Alpha Flight #1 to #17. I've also updated Guardian and Snowbird (two other Alpha Flight members) which can be seen here.
Here's Puck dodging the berserk Marrina:
Here's Puck using his "cartwheel" ability to move fast:
I made-up Physical Ability X) Feign Death to model Puck's ability to stop his heart and appear dead, which I think he uses in issue #15 or #16. I didn't go into detail about how it works but it would likely require someone with an Analytical sense making an IN-based task check to know that he is indeed alive.

Notes:
Marrina seemingly only has claws when she succumbs to a murderous rage. Thus, I gave her Natural Weaponry ability the Accidental Activation modifier.
Marrina's sonar-like ability is shown in this pic:
Marrina's incredible swimming speed is shown in this pic:
Marrina's "blindness secretion" ability is shown in this pic:

New Mutants
Here's my take on the members of the New Mutants, a team that made it's Marvel debut in Marvel Graphic Novel #4, published December 1982. The members of the team include: Cannonball, Karma, Psyche, Sunspot, and Wolfsbane (Wolfsbane's Wolf Form,Wolfsbane's Human Form & Half-Human Half-Lupine Form).
These write-ups reflect the abilities and stats of the teen mutants as they are depicted in the graphic novel and the early issues of the New Mutants. It should be noted, however, that some of these characters abilities, mainly Karma and to a lesser extent Cannonball, exceed the Ability Cap for their prospective total points.

Elektra
Elektra made her Marvel debut in issue #168 of Daredevil, published January, 1981. This Mighty Protectors write-up reflects her stats & abilities for DD issues: 168, 169, 174-176, 178-181. Elektra is an assassin who loves Daredevil, who helps him against his enemies. For these issues she is essentially an anti-hero, which is why I made her Neutral. Although the comic claims she is an expert in Ninjutsu, that's not really what she is: basically she is great at kicking, using her Sai's, throwing shuriken and not getting hit.
She is a superbly trained athlete, at what I would call peak human agility and willpower, but she has normal strength, intelligence, and endurance. Her shtick is never getting hit and violently wasting her opponents, using multiple attacks and head shots.
Edit: after thinking about how often she is shown doing head shots I decided to improve her chance to hit and lower her damage accordingly.

Dazzler & Kitty Pryde
The mutant heroes Kitty Pryde and Dazzler made their Marvel debut in Uncanny X-Men #129 (Jan 1980) and #130 (Feb 1980), respectively. Below are my Mighty Protectors write-ups for these characters with their stats and abilities modeled on these early issues.

MODOK & A.I.M.
Here are two oldies but goodies: MODOK and AIM Technician. MODOK made his first Marvel appearance in Tales of Suspense #94, published October 1967 (he's shown talking in #93 but is not actually shown). The Beehive baddies of Advanced Idea Mechanics make their Marvel debut in Strange Tales #146, published in July, 1966. Below are my Mighty Protectors write-ups for these villains.

Daughters of the Dragon
Colleen Wing and Misty Knight were introduced by Marvel in the early 1970's. Both were supporting characters, often appearing in Iron Fist or Luke Cage issues, where they were both romantically involved with those heroes. Over time, they grew in stature, becoming minor heroines in their own right.
Here is my Mighty Protectors interpretation of their powers and stats at the start of their comic book careers.
