Next up on my list of iconic superheroes for Mighty Protectors is the Mentalist!
The core abilities of the Mentalist include: Heightened Intelligence, Mind Control, Mental Blast and Telepathy. The last core ability is usually either Base or Wealth.
Mind Control, Telepathy, and Mental Blast share the multi-ability modifier that mandates only 2 of the 3 abilities may be used simultaneously.
Lesser abilities include: Willpower C) Self-Control and Heightened Senses.
