Next on my list of iconic superheroes for Mighty Protectors is the Elastic Genius!
The core abilities of this hero are: Base, Heightened Agility, Heightened Intelligence, and Stretching Abilities. The lesser abilities include: Knowledge and Grapnel.
Grapnel has been modified to represent how this hero can stretch his or her arms to entrap a target: the range of the grapnel equals the stretching range and if the grapnel is damaged, the hero takes the damage.
