1. His Arsenal is 5 CPs over the Ability Cap.

2. I gave him a bit of Wealth because as a gun runner he probably made hundreds of thousands of dollars.

3. Some of his abilities reflect what I've read about his comic character, e.g., his acute sense of smell.
