Here's my Mighty Protector's version of Blackout, a villain who shows up in Avengers #236/#237. Because he is slightly crazy and open to suggestion by highly intelligent people, he always seems to be a dupe of another villain, as he is in Avengers #237 when Moonstone manipulates him.
