Here's my MP write-up for Butcher, the leader of the Boys. You can see his arsenal write-up here. In Mighty Protectors terms,  Butcher is an experienced agent, and although he is not superhuman, he can still be dangerous. Note that his arsenal slightly exceeds his Ability Cap.
