Titan's Tower

Here is the Mighty Protectors write-up for the Titan's Tower! Also included are write-ups for SkycycleSkyjet, and T-Submarine (but not the "T-Copter").

The base does not correspond 100% to what is shown in the early comics. I added a second stairwell as well as elevators (which appear in later versions of the Tower) but it's close enough.

Notes:
1. A 'hangar' vehicle, or 'sub-vehicle' as the rules say, is free so long as it is 1/4 the size of the bay (MP p. 80). But if you notice closely the hangar size for the Skyjet is 1024 system spaces... So shouldn't the Skyjet be 256 total system spaces instead of 128? Ordinarily yes, but in this case I've given up those 128 additional system spaces to tack on (+5) CPs of High Tech modifier. The rules don't cover this but I think it's legit considering the cost of doubling the vehicle's size from 128 to 256 sys spaces costs, you guessed it, (+5) CPs!
2. There are three separate Communicators Systems in the Titan's Tower: C1) a single giant 'video wall' with lots of modifiers; C2) miniaturized 'beepers' carried by all Teen Titan members that beeps when someone in Titan's Tower activates it, and C3) a standard handset-style communicator that all of the Teen Titan members carry with them.
3. There is an issue where Doctor Light breaks into the  Titans' Tower, triggering an alarm. After reading this I wanted to reflect this ability in the base, but exactly how to do it took some thought. At first I thought about using Heightened Senses, or creating a new ability, but then it dawned on me that the Opposition rules would work great for simulating "breaking into a security system". Thus, I simply used the bonus supplied by a Knowledge 'Career' and called it "Security System." The task check bonus from this System is added to the base's IN save, totally 13-. If someone opens a locked door without the proper key, or blasts a hole in a wall, then the Security System will sound an alarm. Anyone trying to bypass this security system will take a -3 to their roll.
